Jesus thinks you’re worth dying for.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
We all have sinned.
“for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;”
Our sin separates us from God.
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Jesus died on the cross and shed His blood to reconcile us back to God.
“But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”
After Jesus died, He was buried, but He resurrected again, conquering and overcoming death.
We can now receive salvation if we confess and repent of our sins and put our full faith in Jesus Christ and receive Him as our Lord and Savior.
“He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.”
“that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
“I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.”
Our own works can’t get us into Heaven, but we are saved solely by the Grace of God.
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.”
Believers now are instructed to be baptized, burying the former sinful life and rising again as a new creation in Christ.
“Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.”
“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.”
In order to live this new life for Christ, we must be filled with God’s Spirit.
“even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.”

Dear God,
I confess and admit that I am a sinner, and I ask that You please forgive me and save me. I renounce and repent of all my sins, iniquities, and transgressions. I confess that Jesus, You are LORD, and I believe with all my heart that You died and rose again. I put my complete faith in Your finished works on the cross and I believe because of Your Blood that was shed, my sins can be forgiven. I ask that You be the Head of my life and the LORD of my life from this day forward, and I ask that You please help me to live for You all the days of my life.
